Andrew Eden FRGS

Andrew holds a first class degree in Archaeology from the University of Bristol and is completing a PhD in Dark Age Archaeology. His archaeological experience has taken him across Europe to Jordan and Syria.

He has managed conservation expeditions in Zambia and Peru for three years, and run UK expedition training for teams working worldwide. As an Officer in a Territorial Army parachute artillery unit he has recently spent six months in Iraq, as well as serving in Germany, Switzerland, the Falkland Islands and Kuwait.

He also enjoys travelling, mountaineering and sea-kayaking and his travels have taken him to the Moroccan Atlas mountains, the Alps, and Bhutan. Andrew is also a member of the British Mountaineering Council and recently climbed Mt Blanc in Chamonix.
